As always, the tides keep rolling into the technical services shores.  Budgets and staff are shrinking, while the need for more resources, especially electronic, and the methods of handling those resources is increasing.  What is a tribe to do?  OVGTSL 2010 will focus on ways to help you brave the rip currents to keep a firm foundation in this time of shifting sands.
